Nachshon Peleg and Stavit Allweis

Israeli born artists, Nachshon Peleg and Stavit Allweis began collaborating together in 1997 by melding their backgrounds and graduate studies in Jerusalem into fine art and industrial design to create proprietary techniques for their line of wearable and decorative arts.  Precision cut stainless steel is hand painted with various paints and mixed with resin and other found objects to create these unique and vibrant pieces.  Semi-precious stones and Swarovski crystals are intermingled to add color and warmth to the edgy and contemporary designs.  Each piece is hand polished.  Their company name means pin or brooch in Hebrew, and they work from their studio in Brooklyn, New York.
